Wedowee Cove is a great subdivision on Lake Wedowee off County Road #6 which is just off Highway 431. It is conveniently located close to downtown Wedowee and Wedowee Marine and established for single family residential purpose.  It has paved roads, mild covenants and restrictions which can be found recorded at the Randolph County Courthouse. For new construction:

*All houses must be 1,400 square feet of heated area or above.

*All houses must be in the $40,000 range or above. The house must be completed within 6 months from the starting day.

*No buildings shall be erected, placed or altered on any lot until the construction plans and specifications and the plans showing the location of the structure have been approved by the Architectural Control Committee as to quality and workmanship and materials, harmony of the external design with the existing topography and the finished grade of elevation.
